Excavator quick connector, also called quick-change coupler, quick connector. Quick connector can be quickly installed on the excavator, switching between various configurations (buckets, looseners, crushing hammers, hydraulic shears, etc.), can expand the scope of use of the excavator, and can save time and improve labor efficiency. No need to manually smash the bucket pin, gently move the switch in ten seconds to complete the interchange between the digging bucket and various auxiliary equipment, time-saving, labor-saving, simple and convenient.

There are two types of quick-change couplings: mechanical quick-change couplings and hydraulic quick-change couplings.

Hydraulic quick-change：Hydraulic quick-change couplings mainly rely on cylinder action to fix and release the pin. When you need to replace the working parts, the cylinder retracts, the hook-shaped pressure block from a pin position to another pin position, quick-change fittings disengaged, to other working parts, hook-shaped pressure block on the pin, the cylinder then open, the hook-shaped pressure block and then recovered to the original pin position, the work of the pin for locking accessories.

Mechanical quick-change: When it is necessary to replace the working parts, the first wedge card out of the T-shaped buckle knocked inward, (T-shaped buckle can be very smooth to drive the pressure block to the recycling, here on the face of the welding requirements are relatively high, the slide is not welded flat, while the grinding is not a clean point, then, the red part of the action of the pressure block is difficult to be smooth.) The quick-change coupling is detached from the bucket. When changing to the required working part, the T-buckle will be pulled back and the wedge card will be inserted into the T-buckle for locking.

Both devices have their advantages. The hydraulic quick change saves labor and can greatly reduce the time it takes to change digging aids. The mechanical quick-change replacement method, although more traditional, is cheaper and has a price advantage.
