1) Before driving and operating, the operator should be familiar with the various performance, structure, technical maintenance, and operation methods of the loader, and operate according to regulations.
2) Except for the cab, it is strictly forbidden to take passengers in other places on the machine.
3) When unloading into the car, the bucket must be lifted to a height that will not touch the car box baffle, and the bucket must be strictly prevented from hitting the car box. It is strictly forbidden to pass the bucket over the top of the car cab.
4) Automatic deceleration is used when going downhill, and the clutch pedal cannot be stepped on to prevent power from being cut off and causing a slipping accident.
5) The loader should be stopped and checked immediately after wading. If brake failure is found due to flooding, continuous braking should be performed to use heat to remove moisture from the brake pads to restore the brakes to normal as soon as possible.
6) When the loader is working, no one is allowed to stand in front of it, and no one is allowed to be carried in the bucket during driving.
7) When working, it is strictly forbidden to stand under the shovel arm, and irrelevant personnel and other machinery are prohibited from working and passing here.
8) It is strictly forbidden to operate in high gear.
9) When the operator leaves the driving position, the bucket must be dropped to the ground, the engine must be turned off, and the power must be cut off.
