YP956A product Introduction
①YP956A is the third-generation pure electric loader of OnePin Heavy Industry, a new generation of dual-motor heavy-duty pure electric loader developed on the basis of the precipitation of the second-generation dual-motor technology, which is located in the super-strength and high-load work scenarios.
②YP956A model articulation adopts large crotch heavy-duty structural parts (Shangong model) design, and applies finite element technology to analyze and reduce the stress concentration, which can still ensure the high reliability of structural parts to extend the life of articulation under adverse working conditions. The whole vehicle adopts direct-drive walking + electro-hydraulic full servo control "action composite linkage" technology, which is in line with the energy recovery technology. Recycling the same working conditions with the same type of competitors pure electric loader to improve the operating efficiency of more than 10% to reduce the total energy consumption, the same model and working conditions can reduce the installation of batteries to save costs. The independently designed motor, electronic control and transmission have greater torque output and better matching, increasing reliability to improve the market competitiveness of pure electric loaders.
